This weekend is the much awaited furniture fair that draws international furniture suppliers and furniture companies from the local furniture scene. After three days of trade show for business executives from all over the world to negotiate deals, the show is now open to the general public in Singapore.
This year, what attracts me (Wee Ping, ex-editor of Home Concepts magazine) are the pieces of home accessories and furniture from India. I am delighted by the colourful upholstories that spice up foot stools and benches, and lush carpets.

Lighting Up Your Life
Among the many designs at the trade show this year, I love the chandeliers and table lams that resemble a woman’s best friend, diamond-bands.
Table lamp from Halo
A few pieces of similar wall light designs decorate a bare wall, while adding a unique three dimensional touch as they offer accenting lighting.
